These businesses bring democracy into the workplace and harmonize with these healing traditions. The idea of capitalism is not native to the Americas. Although we live in a capitalist society, we must preserve these traditions by honoring them and creating businesses that are in harmony with them. Sometimes a conventional business is more practical at first, but our goal should always be to convert these businesses to maximize their value for these communities.
