Instead, he should showcase patience, gentleness, and a Christlike spirit. He should also show hospitality, be kind, and also be skillful at teaching others. He must refute false doctrine while modeling a righteous life. True ministers will serve people sacrificially, not for money or status. They will do this while maintaining a burden for souls.
