Learn how the fleeting beauty of nature can help you become open to change. In this soundscape, we experience the ever-changing sounds of the seasons, moving from the crunching snow of winter, to the buzzing chirps of summer crickets, right through to the crunching leaves of an Autumnal woodland.

Just love this podcast. I come back to it time and time again. Just perfect to get your mind still and encourages you to look around you, take in what is already there for us in the wide world, take note of sounds that we would normally miss. Wonderful

I struggle with just listening to nature sounds e.g. waves but this is perfect. A lovely mix of information and then a relaxing soundscape.

What a treasure trove of a listen this is.

Wonderfully narrated in a way that brings the natural world to life as a balm for the soul. Feeding the imagination and painting rich and soothing landscapes in the mind.

Thank you. One to return to time and time again. The perfect antidote to a hurried mind.

A Rich and Nurturing Listen
