On this episode of Finding Your Bliss, Celebrity Interviewer and Bliss Coach Judy Librach is joined by Margot Grant Witz, Vice President, Brand Ambassador and Third-Generation leader of Elizabeth Grant Skincare. Margot Grant Witz has been a student of beauty her entire life—but not in the way most people think. For her, beauty was never just about appearance. It was about resilience, identity, and transformation. As the granddaughter of Elizabeth Grant and daughter of Marion Witz, Margot grew up inside a legacy that began in 1948—one built not on trends, but on real results and lived experience. Today, as Vice President of Elizabeth Grant International Inc., she works alongside both women to continue growing a globally recognized skincare brand that remains family-owned, female-led, and manufactured in-house. Early in her career, Margot took a hands-on role in evolving the brand—reimagining its visual identity, modernizing packaging, and contributing to product development. Her instinct for both storytelling and business helped introduce the brand to a whole new generation, while maintaining the trust of its longstanding community. She is also a recognized on-air personality across international television platforms, known for her ability to connect in a way that feels both credible and human— translating science into real-life understanding and building a loyal global audience in the process. But her work is no longer limited to beauty alone. In recent years, Margot has begun expanding her voice into something deeper: How women see themselves. How they show up. And how they evolve—without disappearing. She is currently developing a podcast and live event series centred on the idea of “aging out loud”—creating space for honest, nuanced conversations around confidence, pressure, reinvention, and identity. Her perspective challenges traditional narratives, reframing confidence as something you build through experience, choice, and action—not something you either have or don’t. As a speaker and emerging confidence advocate, Margot encourages women to take up space, evolve visibly, and define success on their own terms—without shrinking to meet expectations. Alongside her professional work, she leads EG Cares, the company’s charitable division, supporting organizations through education and product donations. She is also a proud supporter of Look Good Feel Better, helping women maintain a sense of self during cancer treatment. At her core, Margot believes this: You don’t age out of relevance. You grow into it. And she’s building her work—and her voice—around that idea. Listen live every Saturday at 1pm on Zoomer Radio

We’ll hear her perform His Eye Is on the Sparrow and her debut single Fall in Love. Haliey Smith is a veteran performer and singer who is the youngest sibling of the extraordinary, very musical Smith family that includes producer and sister Reeny as well as noted drummer extraordinaire, “JR”. She is part of one of the most recorded background vocalists and session singers in Atlantic Canada. Haliey started her musical journey at the delicate age of 4, where she had her first singing memory in her home church, the Saint Thomas Baptist Church. She has opened for numerous Artists and has also expanded her horizons on songwriting. At the tender age of 8, she then took her talents a step further, by being cast in Neptune Theatre’s production of the unforgettable classic “A Christmas Carol,” where she had her musical theatre debut. Since then, Haliey has been a part of numerous musicals such as Cole Harbour High's 2016 production of “Annie” where she played Annie, also their 2017 production of “Sister Act” to name a few. She has opened for Grammy award-winner Lisa Fischer, Anderson Paak at the Halifax Jazz Festival and Deadmau5. Claire has spent over 17 years shaping global brands in fashion and beauty from Dior, YSL, and Armani Beauty to Reitmans and Aldo Group across London, Milan, Montreal, Vancouver, and now Toronto. Her career taught her the language of style and strategy but motherhood taught her the power of self-reinvention. After navigating fertility challenges, IVF, and postpartum anxiety recovery, Claire discovered that true confidence isn’t about being seen, it’s about being fully known. That awakening led to the creation of GlowUp Moms, which is more than a brand - it’s a movement redefining motherhood & leadership. GlowUp Moms was born from Claire’s own story, her journey of resilience, reinvention, and purpose. And has grown into a collective for career moms, founders, and leaders ready to lead, and glow with impact. Since 2024, GlowUp Moms has brought together 80 to 100 mothers, founders, and leaders in Toronto, Canada, for a day of inspiration, connection, and celebration. They’ve hosted two sold-out Mom’s GlowUp Expos, supported by partners including RBC, TD, and Shark Ninja. And what began as a local gathering has really evolved into a growing ecosystem empowering women to rise as leaders, create wealth, and build meaningful communities. Now heading into their third year, Mom’s GlowUp Expo is more than an event, it’s proof that when mothers rise together, they create movements that last. Today, Claire blends her mastery in image psychology, colour theory, and brand strategy to help women founders, executives, and creatives step into their most magnetic presence, one that feels aligned, embodied, and deeply authentic. Claire’s mission is clear: to help women rise from invisible to unstoppable, and from potential to purpo ...
