fff-ff-f-f-cccc-c-cold. cold place. colder than the glacier. We were finally about to learn what this magical globe of primordial-speaking and headache-inducing water does but NOPE! Gods had other plans. Literally, a deity forcibly summoned all of us to her realm. The Raven Queen and her Shadowfell. It should be called Icefell. Coldfell. Freezefell. If I'm cold then I can't imagine what the rest of these guys are going through. We met up with the Raven Queen's blind uhh... I don't... I don't know what this guy is, I don't even remember his name I just remembering it being like three syllables long. He fed us a huge meal though so that was good. Then we left on a 3 day trip to get to the Ravens Queen's palace or whatever. So far the impression I'm getting is that this deity is massively pretentious. We learn that the reason we're all here isn't because of Zale, but because of Shenzi. She wants to acquire Zale's, "contract". While we were camping, I dug a crappy snow-shelter that collapsed and tried to dig my way out in reverse. I think my tail tips froze. A lich and his entourage of skeletons approached us with a deal from it's demonic master. In an effort to weaken the Raven Queen, he just wants us to make sure the Raven Queen doesn't have Zale's contract. Around the same time, we learn from Shenzi that the obese lady noble whom is also Zale's lover Lady Kep of Lillies wants to acquire Zale's contract too and will probably use her influence to have us all executed or something if we don't do as she asks. Personally I think this lady Kep of Lillies is a demon or some other kind of malicious entity masquerading as a human. I think working for demonic forces is inherently dangerous, stupid, stupidly dangerous, and dangerously stupid, and I think this Raven Queen will probably find the contract too valuable to just give to Shenzi. One momen' I'm enjoyin' a right ol' borin' play 'ouse production, an' the next I'm freezin' my stubby little tail off in the Raven Bitch's domain. Somefin', somefin', trials three an all that tripe. Fought off a couple o' elf pop-star wannabe type undead, met a right reasonable fella wiv my own withered face on 'im, an' made our way through a bleedin' maze o' ice an' cold. Last time Zale resisted arrest and got interrogated but our lawyer gave the interrogator too hard of a time to really do anything. The Raven Queen made an appearance in the court room because she was earth-shatteringly mad at Zale. Some morbidly obese noblewomen saved Zale from incarceration even though it didn't make a lick of sense. Also Greeves was there. I swear he's like a demigod with the amount of power at his disposal. He just calls himself a, 'humble merchant'. The Vampire and some Unknown Half-Orc was brought into the courtroom too.
