Leslie is the Director of Overdose Prevention and Outreach at Impact Life, where she oversees youth programming, street outreach, and community-based health initiatives. She also leads prevention-focused youth programs that combine education, peer support, and one-on-one case management, while also coordinating outreach efforts that serve individuals actively navigating substance use and housing instability. Our regular host Ellis Rouse was unavailable for this interview so Gang Culture producer Matt Kelly filled in as this week’s host. We are honored to have Leslie on this week. After returning to Delaware he began a journey that lead to him discovering an impactful blend of physical, emotional and mental recovery that helped birth More Than Fitness. For the last 20 years Coach Moore has worked in youth development, primarily with the More than Fitness after school program aimed towards all types of children, but especially at risk youth.
