    Jun 29 2026

Many of you may recognise yourself in this podcast! I recognise myself or did recognise myself from past illogical thinking and behaviour.

I believe its part of my job to bring to your awareness sometimes we engage with unhealthy " logic" and begin to believe this faulty "logic" as if it was true. Nothing could be further from the truth.

  • Session 124 - What's Wrong With You? What has Your Mind Been Protecting You From?
    Jun 27 2026

Because shame grows in the belief that we're defective.

Compassion grows in the understanding that our mind learned something important, even if that lesson is no longer helpful today.

Now, this doesn't mean every emotional reaction is useful.

Nor does it mean we should simply accept suffering.

    Far from it.

But I believe we should become curious before we become critical.

    Curiosity asks,

    "What happened?"

    Judgement asks,

    "What's wrong with me?"

    Curiosity opens doors.

    Judgement closes them.
