Today we read from old and New Testament Scripture to draw parallels between the Ark of the Covenant and the Virgin Mary as the fulfillment or completion of the Ark of the Covenant. A Topic that is truly fascinating and yet controversial to many who are believers.

Today after returning from a Weekend Church retreat, we talk about the true meaning of Church. Then read many Bible verses about the community that makes up "Church" and the fellowship of Christ.

Today we read from Exodus about the Passover and from Matthew about the Passover Celebration with Jesus and the 12 Apostles that turned in to the Last Super and the last Passover as in ushered in the New Covenant.

Today we read John Chapter 9 and hear from Jesus about how some suffering comes to glorify God and Not as a Punishment for sin. Jesus heals a blind man on the sabbath and when the Pharisees object he points out that they truly are the blind ones.

Today we do a little research on the Crucifixion. We also find out why we call such a somber day "Good Friday" Then we read from the Gospel of Luke about his version of events and that first Good Friday which we think was April 3rd 33AD.

Today we go back to Matthew Chapter 12 and talk about the religious leaders of Jesus's time as they ask him to show them a sign from him. He tells them the only sign they will get is from him coming back after spending three days inside the earth. We know what this means but they did not. He also goes on to tell the people that his Brothers, Sisters and Mother are any of us that do the will of his father in heaven.
