Hi, I’m Amy, mom, wife, homeschooler, nurse, published author, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ. For six long years, my children and I struggled with intense health challenges. We tried medications, elimination diets, supplements, workshops, natural remedies, and countless protocols searching for answers. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing created lasting change. I felt trapped in my body, emotionally exhausted, and terrified my children would struggle for the rest of their lives too.
