  • Homily | April 5, 2026 | What It Would Take To Believe In The Resurrection (Episode 79)
    Apr 5 2026

We ask what it would take to truly believe the resurrection is a real event, not a nice tradition or an inspiring metaphor. We follow the empty tomb from confusion and fear to testimony that changes everything and we invite you to step into a faith that keeps showing up.
    • the resurrection as a claim that demands an answer
    • Easter as an interruption of routine and self-story
    • the empty tomb as the question that needs explaining
    • the disciples’ collapse, denial, and fear after the arrest
    • why bold public witnesses matter for credibility
    • what changes if Christ is risen: past not final, life not random, power for what feels finished
    • encouragement for parents, young adults, the grieving, and those who doubt
    • welcoming those received into the Catholic Church as family
Come back next Sunday. Come back every Sunday. Get engaged. Make your faith your number one priority. Have a deep relationship with the Lord because that's it. That's all that matters. Come to Mass every Sunday.

  • Homily Easter Vigil | April 4, 2026 | The Empty Tomb Changes Everything For You Tonight (Episode 78)
    Apr 5 2026

Tonight we name the turning point of the Christian story and proclaim that Jesus Christ is risen, which means darkness and death do not get the final word. We challenge ourselves to stop living as though the tomb is still sealed and to step into the new life God has already opened.

    • remembering Holy Thursday and Good Friday as the road to Easter
    • proclaiming the resurrection as conquest not escape
    • rethinking the rolled-away stone as an invitation to see
    • speaking directly to catechumens preparing for baptism
    • describing baptism as washing, rebirth, and a new identity
    • calling the baptized to renew promises with honesty and force
    • rejecting sin ferociously and stepping out of fear and shame
    • living as Easter people because love refused to stay dead

Now it's up to us to go out and live that good news.

  • 7 Last Words Service | April 3, 2026 | Jesus Speaks From The Cross & Calls You By Name (Episode 77)
    Apr 4 2026

We slow down for a Good Friday meditation on the Seven Last Words, hearing the cross as love entering human suffering from the inside. We sit beneath those seven statements until they stop sounding like accusation and start sounding like a personal invitation to freedom, surrender, and trust.
    • the cross as God drawing near by love
    • forgiveness offered before apology and why it sets us free
    • seeing ourselves in the soldiers, the crowd, and the confident
    • the thief’s prayer “Jesus, remember me” as surrender not self-defense
    • proximity to faith versus real conversion
    • a new family formed at the cross and Mary given as mother to the wounded
    • the cry of abandonment as guidance for the dark night of the soul
    • “I thirst” as Christ’s desire for us beyond performance
    • “It is finished” as paid in full and the end of earning
    • “Into your hands” as strength through letting go
I invite you to stand now. And I invite you as you, as we depart this evening in silence, and you make your way to your cars in silence. Take in these seven words. Take in all that Christ has done for you. Let the seven words wash over us.
