We’re Coryn and Crysanne, a mother-daughter duo who spent years chasing the “perfect body” through restriction, perfectionism, and misinformation — only to end up exhausted and stuck.

Healing began when we stopped chasing perfection and started putting God at the center of our health.

Now our mission is to help women rebuild their relationship with food, fitness, and their bodies while creating habits that actually last.

He is currently assigned to St. John Gualbert Cathedral in the diocese of Altoona Johnstown
