A year ago today I stepped onto the red dot and delivered a TEDx talk at my alma mater, Florida State University.

It was one of the highest professional moments of my life.

And yet the talk has never been released. Let's just call it organizer "technical difficulties" of no fault of my own.

It's a heartbreak I won't pretend doesn't sting. But here's what I know: the idea inside that talk is too important to stay quiet.

That's why this episode feels so personal.
