The Rays get swept by the Dodgers, losing the last game 5-4. The Rays fell behind for the 3rd straight game after the Dodgers scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 4th. The Rays would come back with a 4 run 5th to take a 4-2 lead. In that inning Yandy Diaz and Richie Palacious each hit a RBI single to help give the Rays the lead. From then on the Dodgers began to chip away at the lead. It started with a run in the 5th which made it 4-3. Then Freddie Freeman belted a 2 run homer to dead center in the 6th inning to give the Dodgers the lead for good. The Rays pitching staff today struggled today walking 8 hitters as they struggled to get out of innings. The Rays finish the road trip 1-5 and come home to start a series with the Nationals on Friday.
