  • County and rodeo at odds over east side redevelopment

    This week On The Record with Randy Beamer, a controversy is brewing between the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and county officials over the plans for redeveloping the Freeman and Frost Bank Center. Stock show CEO Cody Davenport shares his concerns about the county designing an alternate plan from the one voters approved in November.

    Next, legislation that could affect limits on air pollution in Texas is making its way through Congress. The Sierra Club’s Lone Star Chapter is speaking out against the proposed regulations which they describe as a “polluter fast pass”. We talk with Cyrus Reed, Legislative Director for the Lone Star Chapter.

  • Councilman Ric Galvan pushes for data center regulations
