Lara comes to have a conversation about her experiences with suicide. Having spent 3 months in the Priory, where she received electroconvulsive therapy, she now endeavours to use her experiences to help others. She has co-organised the Hampshire & Isle of Wight 'Speak Their Name' suicide memorial quilt that will be unveiled at the 'Let's Get Talking About Suicide' in Portsmouth; which hosts organisations, mindfulness activities, and entertainment to help bring together the community, educate about suicide and support those affected by suicide.
