  • E61: 5 Spring Cleaning Your Space (and Your Emotional Baggage)
    Mar 31 2026

What if “spring cleaning” had nothing to do with the season—and everything to do with your peace? In this episode, the mamas dive headfirst into cleaning, clearing, and purging the stuff that’s quietly weighing you down… not just physically, but emotionally too.

Megs kicks things off in her bathroom, confronting years of impulsive (and well-loved) aesthetician purchases, while Cal shares her methodical approach—starting in one corner and pushing the chaos through the house until it’s gone for good. Different styles, same mission: don’t hold onto things that no longer serve a real purpose.

Along the way, we reference 🌻 The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, talk about what it actually means for something to “bring you joy,” and explore how letting go can strengthen community—whether that’s gifting, reselling, garage sales, or simply passing things along to someone who needs them more.

This episode is equal parts funny, motivating, and freeing—and might just inspire you to open a drawer you’ve been avoiding. When you create physical space, you release emotional weight… and make room for what’s next.

  • E60: Motherhood Exhaustion - When to Push Through and When to Finally Rest
    Mar 24 2026

Motherhood exhaustion hits different—and sometimes it sneaks up on you in ways you don’t expect. In this episode, the mommas dive into the kind of tired that goes beyond “I need more coffee.

Cal opens up about being a lifelong high-energy person who’s struggled with feeling unusually exhausted over the last few months following her diagnosis, and how hard it’s been to even consider that medication could be part of the reason.

From there, the conversation opens into the bigger question so many moms face: do we push through the fatigue, or do we finally allow ourselves to rest?

We talk honestly about self-talk and how declaring yourself tired can actually make it stick, the importance of sleep health (even when kids wake you up), and tools like progressive muscle relaxation to wind down at night. We also touch on how nutrition and movement support energy—while acknowledging the truth we often avoid: sometimes you’re just tired, and rest is not weakness.

This is a real, compassionate conversation for any mom trying to find the balance between listening to her body and showing up for her life.

  • E59: Misophonia: When Sound Hurts
    Mar 17 2026

In this episode, we dive into the often-misunderstood and surprisingly common condition called misophonia—a word many people have never heard, yet up to 20% of the population experiences to some degree.

The conversation is led by my Cal’s daughter, Kinzey, who developed misophonia during COVID. What began as irritation with the sounds of eating—something that felt almost normal at first—slowly intensified into something far more serious. Triggered by prolonged stress, isolation, and an eating disorder, her nervous system began responding to certain sounds with intense emotional distress and even physical pain.

We break down what misophonia actually is, how it develops, and how it impacts a family and relationships in very real ways. We talk honestly about the challenges, the misunderstandings, and the work it’s taken to move through it together—knowing that it’s still something we navigate today.

We also discuss why misophonia can feel “contagious,” how awareness itself can become a trigger, and how to tell the difference between being mildly annoyed by a sound versus experiencing a true neurological response. From aggressive reactions to extreme real-world consequences, this is a legitimate condition that deserves understanding, compassion, and proper support.

We share resources, therapeutic approaches, and encouragement for anyone who may be silently struggling. This episode is about awareness, validation, and reminding people that they’re not broken—and they’re not alone.
