In dieser Folge sprechen wir über ein strukturiertes Lehrformat, das auf aktives Lernen, Teamarbeit und Entscheidungsfindung setzt. Wir erklären, warum Team-based Learning (TBL) nicht einfach nur „Gruppenarbeit“ ist und wie es besonders in der medizinischen Ausbildung sinnvoll eingesetzt werden kann. Nach einem kurzen Überblick zur entsprechenden Literatur erfahren Sie, welche Voraussetzungen für eine gelungene Umsetzung notwendig sind, und für welche Formate sich der Einsatz lohnt.
