Summary

Hey, my name is Gadi. Welcome!

I always felt there was a blessing, love, and wisdom around me, wherever I am. Obviously, I'm thankful for having this knowledge. You could say, I always felt the spirit is here, with me.

On the other hand, regarding our intense lives, this knowledge doesn't guarantee me or anyone else happiness.

So, life has taken me, eventually, to practice and learn methods that are intended to lead us towards happiness. So I became a life coach 20 years ago.

Since I have been working with people around the world, and over 20,000 hours of personal sessions, as well as mentoring groups, etc. But, this aspect doesn't guarantee experiencing happiness , or other essences such as peace, joy, even if we do address our emotional, mental, or financial challenges.

As my journey here shows, most of us experience a separation. There is the 'spiritual' aspect and the 'daily life' aspect.

Throughout my years of practice, there was movement, silent and transparent, yet at the same time wise and persistent.
This movement was the 'guidance for integration' between these two aspects (and probably more).

In this podcast, we can all synchronize with this movement of integration, observing our reality, selves, life challenges, and whatever we engage - integrate with the wisdom that is within each of us , but we just didn't have the opportunity or the access to this wisdom.

We will explore the functioning of the mind , its nature, and its limitations; we will explore how experiences happen, and how we can interpret this understanding into shifting and enhancing our ability to choose new behaviours, which arise spontaneously, just because we explored their mechanism; and more.

We will have the opportunity to discover and experience our true nature, which is not separate from the wisdom already mentioned.

I hope you will find this space, as one you can be, rest, discover, grow, and smile in. A home.

With love,
Gadi.

  • Attention, Experience, and Focus – The Static Aperture of Awareness
    Apr 23 2026
I often ask: how is our experience actually created? In this session, I move away from what we are experiencing and look at the "how". I want to show you that your experience isn't just something that happens to you—it has a structure that we can observe and understand. What we will explore:
    • The Camera Aperture Metaphor: I invite you to see your attention not as something that moves "out" toward the world, but as a static aperture that opens and focuses right where you are.
    • Static Creation: We look at the truth that you never actually leave yourself; every experience is built within your awareness in this very moment.
    • The Physical Compass: I show you how to use your breath and your sense of "centering" as indicators that your vision is synchronized with reality.
    • Shedding the "Moving Character": I share how to release the assumption that you are a character constantly rushing through time, and how to return to the quiet, intelligent center of your being.

  • The Nature of Thinking – part 1
    Apr 22 2026
Hi everyone ! I’d like to invite you to join me in an observation of the nature of our thinking. In this session, we aren’t looking at what we are thinking, but rather observing how the process itself works. Instead of viewing thoughts as a hurdle, we can look at the mechanism—what I call the 'Reverse Projector'. We begin to see how we layer our own unique meanings onto the world, and in that seeing, there is a sense of ease. It’s not about changing your experience, but simply knowing the nature of how it is created. I hope this perspective brings you closer to your own nature today. I’m curious to hear how this way of looking feels for you—please feel free to share your thoughts or reflections. Lots of love, Gadi"

  • Thinking, Reality & Happiness
    Apr 22 2026
Thinking, Reality, and the Search for Happiness In this episode, I invite you to question the very foundation of your search for fulfillment. We often look toward the outside world—believing that a certain relationship, a sum of money, or a moment of recognition will finally make us happy. But I want to ask: who is the "I" that thinks something is missing? Together, we will explore how our mind constructs a character based on lack and discover the sense of existence that remains whole even when our thinking stops. What I explore in this episode:
    • The Character of Lack: I look at how the personality we create in our mind is almost always rooted in a sense of "not enough"—whether it’s a lack of value, worth, or love—and how the mind uses separation to interpret reality.
    • The Mind as a Survival System: I explain that while the mind is a brilliant signal-processing system designed to ensure your physical survival, what works for the survival of the body doesn't necessarily work for your well-being.
    • Thought vs. Reality: I challenge the idea that our feelings always tell the truth about reality. Often, we aren't reacting to a situation itself, but to our own thought processes and the way we think about that reality.
    • Beyond "I Think, Therefore I Am": We investigate the space that exists when you aren't thinking. I invite you to discover that you exist just as much in silence and presence as you do within your thoughts; thinking testifies about the mind, not about you.
    • The False Assumption of the Search: I share why the search for happiness is often based on a false premise of inherent distress within thought, and how we can move toward a state of simply "being".
This session is an invitation to take a deep breath and allow yourself to simply be here—without searching, without fixing, and without needing to add anything to who you already are.
