  • Recycled: So Many Wheels: The Tragic Murder of Pro Cyclist Anna Moriah “Mo” Wilson + Cleaning Up Our Beauty Acts
    Apr 3 2026

Netflix has a new documentary about pro-cyclist, Moriah Wilson. Her amazing life and tragic end. We recycyled (get it?) our episode detailing a beautiful life cut short.

It’s a winding (gravel) road that Kelly and Stacey are going down this week covering the heartbreaking murder of elite pro cyclist Anna Moriah “Mo” Wilson - and the unbelievable escape of yogi Kaitlin Armstrong. Yes, Stacey knows that she says “Tour of France” instead of “Tour de France”. She just needs a trip to Europe to straighten things out, okay?

  • Pom Pom Mom-The Texas Cheerleader Murder Plot
    Mar 11 2026
Episode: The Pom Pom Mom – The Texas Cheerleader Murder Plot What happens when competitive cheerleading, small-town status, and obsessive parenting collide? In this episode of Murder Murder on the Wall, Stacey and Kelly dive into the infamous true-crime case of Wanda Holloway, the Texas mother who tried to hire a hitman to kill another mom — all to secure her daughter’s spot on the middle school cheerleading squad. Known nationwide as the “Pom Pom Mom,” Wanda Holloway’s shocking plot turned a local Texas story into a national media spectacle in the early 1990s. What began as intense cheerleading rivalry in Channelview, Texas spiraled into a bizarre murder-for-hire scheme involving wiretaps, undercover recordings, and one of the strangest parental scandals in American true-crime history. Before we get to the crime, we do our best to unpack the mom-group drama that unfolded in Ashley Tisdale’s viral essay about being excluded from a celebrity mom group. Why does motherhood sometimes bring out such intense social competition - ie the worst in us? And how does that pressure spiral into behavior that feels straight out of middle school? Buckle up, moms. This one’s for you. • Re-release of MMOTW Episode 21 The Port Arthur Massacre
    Dec 14 2025
MMOTW Episode #21 Port Arthur Massacre We are re-releasing this episode in light of the horrific events at Bondi Beach in Australia and Brown University in Rhode Island. We first released this episode in March of 2025. Since then, there have been approximately 330 mass shootings in the United States. We are headed way down under to Australia today. Tasmania, to be exact. According to all my Google images, this island off the southern end of Australia is stunning, with beaches, bays, and quorkas. We are not a travel podcast, so we are not covering all of Tasmania’s tourist destinations, but we will talk about a horrific day at one of them. Port Arthur, where on April 28th, 1996, a man committed the worst mass murder in Australian history. We will also tell you why that doesn’t happen anymore. Hint: It’s gun laws. We don’t have those in America. It is not all dark and dreary on MMOTW. We get into some real blah reviews of some Oscar Glam. YAWN and awful. Don’t worry, we were in our sweats while judging. Stacey will explain what mummification means, and then we have some banging beauty tips. All by women-owned beauty brands for Women’s History Month! Don’t forget to keep making history!
