In this episode I continue talking about the 4 years I experimented with different natural methods to reduce and naturally manage anxiety. I specifically discuss what I call the pre-frame to Step 1 of the 6 Step Framework. The pre-frame is about the journey I took to understand the anxiety - human anatomy relationship. I disucss what I learned about the anxiety loop when it ramps into full blown fight or flight and when it ramps down into calmness. I also discuss the steps I learned to scale down panic and anxiety and start to regain control in my life.
