  • Acoustics for Autism with insights from Scott Hayes
    Feb 13 2026

Acoustics for Autism is a free, all-day community concert in Uptown Maumee that raises money for Project iAM, a local nonprofit providing scholarships for therapy, equipment, and services for individuals with autism in Northwest Ohio.

In this episode, I talk with volunteer Scott Hayes about how the event works, what to expect, and why it matters to families — including many from Perrysburg who have supported and/or benefited from the fundraiser over the years.

We discuss the music lineup, sensory-friendly spaces, parking and shuttle options, silent auctions, fundraising efforts, and volunteer opportunities — including the need for cleanup volunteers at the end of the night.
