Flow is integral to life sustenance. Flow is synonymous with life
and the lack of flow is the associated with poor outcome in a person's health wellbeing. Diseases processes such as Stroke, Heart Attack, Peripheral Artery Disease are results of low of flow of blood to the brain, heart and lower extremities, respectively. Per Center for Disease Control, exercise for 150 minutes a week promote good health and increase flow.
