  • [Ep 63] KPop Demon Hunters
    Apr 10 2026

We're going up, up, up! It's our moment! You know this episode will be GOLDEN! Join Daz, Oli & Lilli as they review the biggest Netflix film of 2025 - KPop Demon Hunters!

    In this special themed episode:

    • The crew taste test the limited edition McDonalds HUNTR/X Meal (which conveniently came out on the same day of recording!)
    • Oli reflects on how films that do well in the box office are directly tied to how much Brad Pitt is eating in them!
    • Lilli makes the crew take a BuzzFeed quiz to determine which KPop Demon Hunters character they are!

Disclaimer: Because we are a Christian podcast, we understand and acknowledge that some listeners might be apprehensive towards this film because of its themes surrounding demons (after all, the word "demon" is in the title). So if you feel convicted to avoid hearing this film being discussed, no worries! Do as you feel led! But our mission in discussing this film here on PCJ is to identify the parallels in the story that directly tie to Christianity, in which we unanimously agree that there are plenty of! If you can give us a moment of your time and hear us out, we encourage you to not just listen to the whole episode, but to watch the film for yourself and discern whether you think the film has solid ties to scripture!
