Prior to stepping into acquisition entrepreneurship, Doug created the Better Every Day Performance Partnership, a coaching program designed specifically for business owners and other high-performing individuals to improve their personal performance, leadership, discipline, and ability to live with purpose.

Outside of business, Doug is passionate about personal growth, leadership, and community.
