• Why You Feel Like You Have to Put Yourself Last
    May 29 2026

There's a line on every piece of lined paper called the margin. It's that small strip on the side where we typically don't write anything important. And there's a version of your life that has been living in that exact place. Your prayer life. Your vision. The things God put in you to do. Your heart's desires. They've been squeezed into the margins of your story while everyone else's needs have been getting the main part of the page.

In this episode, I talk about how it happens — one yes at a time, one season of carrying something at a time, and what it actually takes to bring your purpose back to the center. It's not about waking up at 4 a.m. or buying a new planner, but by being honest about where you have been living, and giving the things that matter most one piece of real space on the page.

  • What's Already In Your Hand | You're Not Behind
    May 7 2026

In this episode we sit with the question God asked Moses at the burning bush — the one He's still asking us. Moses had a full list of reasons he wasn't the right person. God didn't argue with any of them. He just asked one question, and the answer was a wooden staff Moses had been carrying for forty years without thinking twice about it.

We'll talk about the cost of waiting for a season that isn't coming, what Esther's preparation teaches us about bringing our whole self to the table without piling on extras, and why nothing about your experience — even the hard years — is wasted.

If you've been quietly carrying a calling that hasn't moved from the back burner of your life yet, this conversation is for you.

  • Spring Clean Your Vision: A Mid-Year Reset to Stay Aligned
    Apr 29 2026

Spring is a good time to clean out your closet — but it's also a good time to clean up your vision. In this video, I'm walking you through how I do a mid-year vision audit so I can see where my time, energy, goals, routines, and systems have actually been going, and whether any of it is still pointing me in the direction I set out at the beginning of the year.

This isn't about restarting. It's about pausing long enough to see where you are, what's still aligned, what needs to come off your plate for this season, and what God may be asking you to surrender so you can move forward with clarity.

  • The Alignment Gap: What's Really Keeping You From Moving Forward
    Mar 20 2026

There's a particular kind of frustration that comes when you've done everything right — the degrees, the responsibilities, the effort — and something still feels off. It's not a motivation problem. It's not a discipline problem. It's a belief problem. And until your mindset is aligned with the direction you're moving in, you'll keep working hard in the wrong direction.

In this episode, I discuss why writing affirmations, gratitudes, and intentions actually works — not as a feel-good ritual, but as a practical tool for recalibrating how your brain operates. If you've been sensing that something needs to shift but can't quite name it, this conversation is for you.

  • Why You Feel Stuck Even When You’re Doing Everything Right
    Mar 17 2026

Have you ever looked at your life and realized you’ve been doing a lot… but somehow you still feel like you’re in the same place?

In this episode, I talk about a pattern many women experience: staying busy, making plans, and handling responsibilities—yet not realizing they may be moving in circles instead of moving forward towards their vision.

It’s possible to be active, productive, and committed while still drifting away from the direction you actually want for your life.

This conversation explores the difference between movement and direction, and why sometimes the most important step forward is pausing long enough to see where you’re really headed.

    Main Takeaways

    • Being busy does not always mean you are moving forward.

    • It’s possible to make plans and take action while still repeating the same patterns.

    • Awareness is the first step to recognizing when life has become a cycle instead of a path.

    • Sometimes the most important step forward is pausing long enough to reflect.

    • Real progress begins when your actions align with what truly matters.

  • If Fear and Doubt Are Holding You Back - Here's the Truth
    Mar 6 2026

Have you ever felt like fear or doubt keeps pulling you back—even when you know you should be able to move forward?

In this episode, we reflect on the road Jesus walked from Gethsemane to Golgotha and what it means for the things that still try to hold us back today. He walked through fear, shame, suffering, and humiliation so that we wouldn’t have to live under those things.

Sometimes we continue carrying what has already been finished. But when you understand what Christ actually walked through, it changes the way you see fear, doubt, and the weight you may still be carrying.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down, this episode is a reminder of a simple but powerful truth: you don’t have to keep living under what Jesus already overcame.

  • When God Calls You to Do Something You've Never Done Before
    Feb 22 2026

Have you ever felt called by God… but completely unqualified or unsure of the next step because what He was calling you was different and unfamiliar? You know He’s asking you to step into something — but you’ve never done it before. You don’t feel ready. And in the quiet part of your mind, you’re wondering why God would choose you.

In this episode, I talk about what it means when God calls you, why feeling unqualified is so common, and how to move forward without pretending you’re confident. If you’ve been holding back because you don’t feel “ready,” this is for you.

  • When Your Purpose Doesn't Fit in One Lane
    Feb 11 2026

ou don’t have to choose one lane to be faithful. God already chose you—whole, as you are.

In this episode, I reflect on what it means to release decision fatigue, honor the gifts God has placed inside of you, and walk forward in alignment with who He formed you to be.
