    In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, in a major landmark ruling on Tuesday, the Supreme Court struck down President Trump's executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship, ruling 6–3 that children born on U.S. soil to undocumented or temporary immigrant parents are automatic American citizens. In the case Trump v. Barbara, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion, firmly establishing that the Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment means exactly what it says and protects the citizenship status of anyone born in the country.
