Today's guest, Samantha Berman, is a senior emergency management planner at ChristianaCare. Samantha brings a refreshingly interdisciplinary lens to emergency management, blending anthropology, higher education, and humanitarian response. Her career reminds us that resilience isn't always a straight line. Sometimes it's built by asking better questions, working across cultures, and showing up when systems are tested.
