Summary

Lahnice Hollister is Dr. McFall's grandniece. She became aware that Dr. McFall wrote a book while researching the McFall family history. She finally found Dr. McFall's manuscript in the Fisk University archives. Though Dr. McFall did not intend its publication, Lahnice believes that Dr. McFall's voice needs to be heard and has relevance to today's issues about race in America.
