  • RAF452: Trail of Tears - Tsa-La-Gi Trail
    Apr 4 2026

Tsa-La-Gi Trail, of course, is part of the Trail of Tears that I talked about in a previous episode. Something I've been thinking about for a long time, you know, every time I'm driving along, because sometimes it's actually on the roads, you know, the trails become roads and such.

  • RAF451: The Trail of Tears
    Mar 31 2026

    Mar 28 2026

Why do women live longer than men? I found a number of factors. And if you're listening, check out the video or the blog to see an infographic on the subject. By the way, videos are available on my channel at http://YouTube.com/@runningafever. And the blog post for this episode is available at http://RunningAFEVER.com/448.
