The optimism centers on expanded offensive weapons (A.J. Barner, Tory Horton, Rashid Shaheed), a chance for the offensive line to jump from average to top-10 with continuity, and defensive growth as Nick Emmanwori and Byron Murphy elevate alongside other core leaders. Finally, we recognize Mike Macdonald could still continue to grow and build the defense beyond what we saw last season.
