The podcast that empowers women in business to own their voice, be heard and create impact - one simple communication insight at a time.

You know your message and story matter, but something still holds you back from using your voice. Maybe it’s fear of judgement, overthinking what to say, or worrying you’ll get it wrong, so instead, you stay quiet.

Hosted by Sarah Collins, a former Senior TV Producer for ITV & ITN turned Media Trainer and ICF- Accredited Communication Coach. With over 20 years’ of experience in television production, Sarah has spent two decades shaping stories and messages for global audiences. She's now on a mission to bring simple, effective communication skills to the generation of women who were never taught them - but need them to thrive in business now more than ever.

Whether it’s scaling your voice to step into thought leadership in a media interview, speaking with confidence on camera, on stage and beyond or scaling the way you communicate in meetings and presentations - this podcast will help you use your voice to be heard, in the moments that matter.

Through a mix of solo and guest episodes, you'll gain real-world media insights, practical coaching techniques and honest conversations with experts in the speaking space, exploring what it really takes to use your voice effectively.

Remember to speak with intention, not hesitation and let your voice be heard.

  • 14. From Unheard to Speaking Her Truth in Parliament, with Nesha Mistry
    Jul 2 2026

In this episode of She Speaks to Scale, I'm joined by Nesha Mistry, an Artist and Emotional Wellness Mentor and Founder of Nesha Canvas Creations - for one of the most moving conversations I've had since starting this podcast. Nesha is a former client of mine, and it's been wonderful to watch her grow from someone who struggled to talk about her business to someone who has since shared her thoughts, opinions and insights in parliament. I’m grateful to have been a small part of the journey to where she is today - making the impact she is meant to make in the world.

We explore Nesha's deeply personal journey with her voice - from being bullied and unheard as a child, to finding expression through art, to speaking in spaces she never imagined she'd speak in.

In this episode, we also cover:
🎙️ Why Nesha's voice was either too loud or too small growing up and how she finally found the middle ground
🎙️ How creativity became her first language and how art gave her a voice
🎙️ The coaching exercise that changed everything and why Nesha still uses it today
🎙️ What she does when setbacks hit, as they inevitably do

    About the Guest:

Nesha Mistry is a self-taught Artist, Emotional Wellness Mentor, certified Life Coach, Mental Health First Aider and she is also trained in suicide awareness.
