I have been listening to these for over a year (originally on Spotify. I have always had insomnia and have tried every technique to help me sleep. I love these sleep stories - he meanders around science, history, mythology and more. They hold my interest to help clear my mind and the gentle soporific voice helps me fall asleep. Complex science is described well without dumbing down. Differences of opinion are presented as balanced views of theory and evidence.
