Sam’s “Mediterranean paradise” garden makeover is already ruffling his neighbour's feathers, while the boys relive the chaos of the FIRST EVER Staying Relevant Run Club - from Sam charging through London with a speaker strapped to his back to Pete stepping into full motivational coach mode, as the simple run quickly descended into chaos.
