About this listen

You're eating real food. You're praying over your health. You're doing everything right — and you're still exhausted, still bloated, still waking up at 3am wondering why your body feels like it's working against you. Your doctor says everything looks fine. You know it doesn't feel fine.

Welcome to Style and Stewardship — the podcast for the Christian mother who is done surviving her days and ready to steward her health on purpose.

I'm Cher, a certified holistic nutritionist, Christ follower, wife, and mother. I created this show for the woman who is tired of being dismissed, confused by conflicting wellness advice, and ready for a whole-person, faith-rooted approach to understanding what her body actually needs.

Inside The Stewardship Method — my three-month 1:1 consulting program — we go beyond guesswork. I work with clients using functional lab data, including food sensitivity testing, an organic acids panel, comprehensive metabolic markers, and insulin — ordered through a physician-supervised portal and reviewed alongside your lifestyle, food intake, and symptom patterns. Labs are used as objective data points, not as a replacement for your medical care. They give us a measurable, whole-person picture so that the real food, lifestyle, and supplement support I provide is targeted and personal — not generic.

This is not a diet show. There is no weight loss agenda here. This is lifestyle stewardship — the conviction that how we steward our body, our life, and our legacy matters to God and to the people we love most.

Each week, we explore the real reasons behind exhaustion, gut symptoms, hormone changes, blood sugar swings, and brain fog — through the lens of real food, functional data, and faith-rooted lifestyle stewardship.

Topics on this Christian health podcast include: holistic nutrition for Christian mothers, functional lab review, blood sugar balance, gut health, hormone support, food sensitivities, faith-based nutrition, real food for the whole family, holistic health for Christian women, metabolic health, body stewardship, Christian health and wellness podcast, health stewardship, Christian living and health, anti-inflammatory living, healthy eating and building a generational health legacy.

If you're ready to stop surviving and start stewarding — you're in the right place.

Live well. Be well. Hear "well done."

This is not about the latest trend or borrowing someone else's protocol. It is about stewarding your wellness on purpose — intentionally, practically, and with God at the center of it all.

Because the body God gave you is worth caring for. And when you finally give it what it actually needs, everything changes.

Ready to feel well so you can live well and do well? You are in the right place. This is for the woman that wants to hear "well done."
