In this episode, I provide clear insight by defining what the gig economy is made up of, ie freelance work and flexible work schedules(All from my perspective). I highlight the pros it has on the young adults of Uganda as well as the usual mental health challenges that are faced by those involved in it. Also, I offer the steps to be taken in order to cope with the mental health challenges that come with it, despite it being embraced as a new form of work today.
