I'm Maurice, a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Brighton. I started creating these podcast episodes to increase awareness and understanding of mental health issues and the services available.
In this episode, I talk to Aditi Bhonagiri. Aditi and I trained together at the Link Centre in Integrative Psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis. Aditi works as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and facilitator of mental health support groups in Brighton and East Sussex, and has done so for several years, including at Brighton Recovery College, Brighton Therapy Centre and Refugee Radio. We talk about psychotherapeutic recovery and how we see it in the context of our work and our lived experiences.
If you have any questions or would like to get in touch, you can find my email in the description, together with links to mental health services, including those we talk about during the episode. You can also find a link to my therapy practice there.
I hope you find this episode interesting and thought-provoking.
