    In this episode we are going trough all of the basics. Green flags that are non negotiable. Sometimes we meet people that show us BELOW the bare minimum treatment so we're then programmed to believe that the BARE MINIMUM is something to "celebrate" That's something we are changing TODAY.


    Bare minimum is human decency and we are creating our own bare minimum and our OWN standards to how we deserve to be treated. And we except NOTHING less than that EVER.


    In this episode we're also talking about the key to withholding intimacy. Nobody deserves access to you if it's not genuine and earned. And to show up for yourself in the way that you want your future partner to show up for you. This way you will never accept bad behaviour from anybody else because you already provide everything for yourself.
