Welcome to Pisces Season 2026!

The final episode in our year long series moving through the zodiac in order to align with the available energy. We end the Season days after a major eclipse in Aquarius launching us forward on our evolutionary path as we move into the Year of the Horse, days away from the Saturn Neptune Conjunction at the Aries point, and two weeks away from the full moon eclipse in Virgo. This is the first Pisces season we had had in 14 years without Neptune's presence. This area of our life finally gets a break from the fog of Neptune and the weight and consequences of Saturn. We end the season with a New Moon that supports us in laying fresh ground work here, planting new seeds.

In this episode, Kristi discusses the wisdom of the Bhagavad-Gita and the spiritual messages from that text, we can learn from during this transformational time in order to battle the ego and align with our spiritual values in a deeper way. Welcome to Aquarius Season 2026!

The first week starts off with several conjunctions to Pluto creating major disruptions, intense interactions, off gassing and significant energy of detoxification related to money, values, relationships, contracts, ideas, ego, and motivation.

The season ends with an eclipse in Aquarius opposing Leo which feels like large social movements and leaders stepping down, but only time will reveal.

During this season our nervous systems are likely to be very activated, energy work, hot/cold plunges, yoga, reiki, acupuncture and the continued emphasis on mindfulness are encouraged.

Welcome to Capricorn Season 2025!

Themes: responsibility, discipline, focus, maturity, accountability. This is the season where we examine our lives for what's out of balance between home vs. career or rest and nourishment vs. responsibilities. We can set big goals and start taking the steps and we can revisit relationships for clarify expectations. we'll have the confidence, stamina and collaborators to initiate important projects. It's about taking life seriously, being the adult in our lives, and acknowledging that sometimes you have to postpone pleasure in the moment for a great reward later on.

Welcome to Sagittarius Season 2025!

In this episode, we explore the powerful shift into Sagittarius season—where optimism, expansion, and higher wisdom guide us out of Scorpio’s emotional depths. Welcome to Scorpio Season 2025!

We dive into the season where the veil is thin, where we celebrate Día De Los Muertos, Samhain, and Halloween. Kristi tells the birth story of Durga and Kali, and Gabrielle goes over the major astrological themes and transits. We look at trauma activation and how to allow our old stories, hurts and emotions to surface as well as how to give them space for healing. We close with Kristi leads a cord cutting meditation.
