A show about the ever‑changing world of youth sports, told through the voices of the community that supports our student athletes. That community includes parents, coaches, trainers, mental health professionals, videographers, financial advisors, and NIL agents—because it takes more than talent to succeed today.

We talk sports, share real stories, and explore how student athletes are navigating this new landscape. From recruiting pressure and social media exposure to NIL opportunities and life balance, we unpack what it truly takes to thrive on and off the field.

We also focus on the people behind the players—sharing practical ways to support and empower parents so they can better care for their student athletes’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.

  • From Middle School to Varsity: How Trust Built a 28-4 Championship Culture | Coach Reed Dungan
    May 5 2026

As head coach of the Mt. Vernon Varsity basketball team, Reed has done something special — guiding his squad from a 15-13 record in his first season to an incredible 28-4 finish and a Final Four appearance in year two. But this didn't happen overnight.

Reed spent five years at Mt. Vernon building relationships from the ground up — coaching middle school and JV — so by the time he stepped into the head coaching role, his players already trusted him. That foundation, combined with a rock-solid coaching staff and a culture-first mindset, is exactly why his program is winning.

A Georgia native from Powder Springs, Reed played college basketball at Gordon College before transferring to Dalton State, where he became the all-time leading scorer. He knows what it means to compete, adapt, and finish strong — and he's now passing that mentality on to the next generation.

Off the court, he's a proud dad of two little ones (ages 3 and 18 months), and everything he does on the court is a reflection of the values he's building at home.

Coach Dungan joins us to talk player development, culture-building, and what it really takes to go from good to great. This one is for every coach, parent, and student athlete who wants to understand what championship programs are actually built on.

  • From IT Banking Job To Game Changing Youth Sports App With A Solution Of Time Literacy
    Apr 28 2026

In this episode, we sit down with Zoya Lehrer, founder of Orgo — the smart logistics calendar built for multi-sport, active families. Zoya immigrated to the US from Ukraine at age 9 and grew up in inner-city Brooklyn where parks and pavement were her playing field. That scrappy, resourceful background eventually led her to identify a massive problem hiding in plain sight: your calendar is lying to you. We unpack how Orgo goes beyond scheduling to show families how events actually happen — with prep time, drive time, carpool coordination, route optimization, and smart notifications built in. Plus, we dig into Orgo's signature concept, Time Literacy® — the executive life skill your kids aren't learning in school but need for everything that comes after. If you've ever felt like managing your family's sports schedule is a second full-time job, this one is for you.

Orgo Inc. is home to two products. Orgo App (www.orgohq.com) transforms scheduling events into real-world logistics for sports families and student athletes. Orgo Sync (www.orgosync.com) is the scheduling API that makes scheduling data intelligent, interoperable, and secure — for operators, platforms, and builders.
