  • Ep 51. You Were Never Too Much, You Simply Forgot Who You Were 🫶🏻
    Mar 25 2026

What if reclaiming yourself isn’t about becoming someone new… but remembering who you were before you started doubting it?

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 In this episode, I’m reflecting on what it really means to take up space - not in a loud, performative way, but in a grounded, self-trusting, “I belong here” kind of way. This feels like a full-circle moment in the emergence journey… from growing, to stretching, to now actually owning the space we’ve expanded into.

I’m sharing a little life lately - from taking myself out on a solo date and realising how natural loving myself has become (even though it didn’t always feel that way), to opening up about something that’s felt really vulnerable for me… raising my prices. The doubt, the hesitation, the questioning - and the quiet decision to trust myself anyway.

This episode is for you if you’ve ever felt like you needed to shrink, second-guess, or earn your place in the room.

You don’t. And you never did.

This is your reminder that the space you’re learning to take up… was always yours.

  • Ep 50. The Manosphere - Are These Boys Ok?!
    Mar 18 2026

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 guys i tripped and fell into the so-called 'manosphere' this weekend and very quickly climbed back out... sparked by Louis Theroux's latest documentary exploring red pill and alpha male culture....

If you’re unfamiliar, the manosphere is a collection of online spaces where masculinity, dating, gender dynamics and modern relationships are very… passionately discussed. Watching it left me with a lot of thoughts - about hurt, belonging, identity, and what happens when people don’t quite know where to put their pain.

In this episode I share some reflections from the documentary, why I think curiosity is often more useful than judgment, and how growth sometimes simply looks like choosing a different direction for our pain.

Huge shoutout to @yourmoneymatesarah, whose reel I shared during the episode - I found her contribution to the conversation so thoughtful and incredibly well put 🫶🏻

So this week we’re chatting growth, masculinity, the internet, and why sometimes the most radical thing we can do is keep stretching towards the light.
