In 2026, it's rare to find (young) people who only do one thing. Between second jobs, side hustles, scaling business, content creation, and hobbies, almost everyone has commitments that take up significant time outside of their primary job, and today's guest, Phil Dure is no different. What makes Phil special is what he chooses to spend that time on: he visits schools to talk about his career as an engineer while engaging with other communities in the Boston area through his work as VP and COO of Minds with Purpose. As someone who values community contribution, I'm super excited for y'all to hear this conversation.
