I am an authentic and motivating recovering perfectionist that takes Catholic moms pursuing sainthood from feeling ashamed of their drive for excellence to stepping into the freedom and energy to achieve what the Lord has called them to and gives them the confidence to accept who God created them to be which means that they are one step closer to being a saint.

    This is an article I found on St. Ignatius Rules of Discernment! I was referencing the 5th rule, I believe!   


    Fifth Rule. The fifth: In time of desolation never to make a change; but to be firm and constant in the resolutions and determination in which one was the day preceding such desolation, or in the determination in which he was in the preceding consolation. Because, as in consolation it is rather the good spirit who guides and counsels us, so in desolation it is the bad, with whose counsels we cannot take a course to decide rightly.
