Three college athletes came on this show and I am still thinking about this conversation.

Maddie, MK and Lainey never asked for any of this. They went to college to compete, earn scholarships and build their futures. Instead they found themselves watching their sports be taken over by biological males, losing roster spots, losing medals and in some cases watching their coaches stay silent because their jobs depended on it. They took it to court anyway. And now they are waiting for the Supreme Court to rule on whether states can even make sex-based distinctions in athletics.

In this episode I also sit down with Kristen Waggoner, CEO and President of the Alliance Defending Freedom, who has been litigating this fight for over a decade. She breaks down the two legal questions before the court, what a win actually means for girls across the country, and why she says lies cannot survive without censorship.
