  • Ep.13 ADHD, Creativity & Chaos: Building a Life That Actually Works with Kat-The Mind Corner
    Mar 31 2026

In this episode of The Mind Corner, we sit down with Kat for a raw, honest conversation about creativity, identity, and learning how to build a life that works with your mind ,not against it. Kat opens up about being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and how that completely reshaped the way she understands her creativity, her habits, and her path. We explore the tension between structure and chaos, the reality of building a creative career in London, and what it actually takes to turn passion into something sustainable. From DJing and fire performing to navigating oversaturation in the music industry, this conversation dives into what it means to be multi-passionate in a world that constantly asks you to pick one thing. We also touch on mental health, growth, and recalibration ,not from a place of heaviness, but from awareness, reflection, and evolution. This episode is for anyone who feels like their mind moves fast, wants more, and refuses to fit into a box.

  • The Mind Corner-True Friends with Chryso Scenteri & Pau Zeis
    Mar 25 2026

In this special and deeply personal episode of The Mind Corner, I’m joined by two people who mean a lot to me — Chryso Scenteri and Pau Zeis.

You’ve already met them earlier this season, each bringing their own unique stories and perspectives. But this time, we finally have them together in the same room… and it feels exactly how you’d imagine — real, warm, and full of genuine connection.

This episode is all about friendship — the kind that grows over time, supports you through everything, and reminds you who you are. We talk, we laugh, we reflect, and we share moments that go beyond the podcast and into real life.

Having them both here together made this conversation extra special for me, and I’m grateful to share it with you.

This is True Friends — unfiltered, honest, and from the heart.

  • The Mind Corner-Podcasthon with Sarcoma UK
    Mar 18 2026

In this special episode of The Mind Corner for Podcasthon 2026, we join hundreds of podcasts around the world dedicating their voices to important causes. This year, our chosen charity is Sarcoma UK, an organisation working to improve the lives of people affected by sarcoma, a rare and often overlooked form of cancer.

In this powerful and emotional conversation, I’m joined by two incredible guests. Enda, a member of the Sarcoma UK team, shares insight into the vital work the organisation does—raising awareness, supporting patients and families, and funding critical research for this rare cancer.

We are also joined by Chris Whellams, who courageously shares the story of losing his wife, Laura, to sarcoma. His testimony is a moving reminder of the human impact behind this disease and why awareness, funding, and specialised treatment are so important.

This episode is deeply personal. It is dedicated in memory of my brother, Andres Rafael Ricardo Vasquez, and Laura Whellams, two beautiful souls whose lives were taken by sarcoma. Through their memory, we continue to raise awareness, share stories, and support the fight against this disease.

Together, we talk about grief, resilience, advocacy, and how communities can come together to support research and specialised care for sarcoma patients.

If this episode moves you, please consider learning more about Sarcoma UK and supporting their work.
