The first step is always the hardest to take. When we are undergoing change or just starting to take action towards our goals, things feel scary. We are in a new environment, and thus we are more similar to newborn babies than adults. We take some steps and then we fall on our backs. Has this ever happened to you?

However, this is an essential prerequisite for growth. Change, although highly uncomfortable at first, is beautiful; it is the law of the universe. Change is unavoidable.
