Roberto V. Arguelles is not a household name yet he has committed horrific murders and other crimes similar to much more well known serial killers. He stalked Salt Lake City during the early and mid 1990s. He had a long criminal history of abusing children and he was sent to prison for those crimes but unbelievably, he was paroled.
