Shelby's Bio: From a young age I knew I was different. I’ve constantly been told I am extremely sensitive and too emotional. I couldn’t help but feel the emotions of other people around me. I would also sense things I couldn’t explain, causing me to have extreme anxiety.As the years went by, my anxiety increased and it became difficult to be around many people. I began to feel several uncomfortable sensations throughout my body, believing me to feel that something was medically wrong with me.After years of seeing many different Doctors, being told I was fine, I finally decided to learn to meditate and take up Yoga.Soon after, I learned about Reiki, a form of energy healing. I was determined to work and heal myself from my anxiety and sensations I had been feeling in my body. It wasn’t until my own personal healing, I discovered I had been blocking my ability to feel, sense, and communicate with the spirit world. Since then I have taken various courses, working with world renowned mediums, independent studies, and personal experiences, I have developed my knowledge and practice.
