In this short turorial I outline the parts of the actors' body which should be looked after. Of course, there are many other bits and bobs about an actor which are vital to the actor's work. But these are the top ones in my opinion, and that's what got me to where I am today, as the voice of Trundle's Percussive Breadbins.
