I know what it feels like to live for everyone else’s approval while silently struggling inside.
To smile outwardly while inwardly feeling broken, guilty, ashamed, and unworthy.

As a Christian woman actively serving in church leadership, I found myself in a relationship that did not glorify God. I became pregnant out of wedlock, and shortly after, my fiancé disappeared when he found out about the pregnancy.

Suddenly, I went from being the “good Christian woman” to feeling exposed, abandoned, and completely ashamed.

All I wanted to do was hide.

I loved God deeply.
But I was silently struggling.

Everything began to change when this Scripture came alive to me:

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” — 3 John 1:2

I realised God didn’t just care about my spiritual life—He cared about my soul:
my mind, emotions, inner healing, and restoration.

That revelation started me on a journey of emotional healing, renewing my mind with God’s truth, and learning how to truly live free.

And now, I want to walk that journey with you.

So, grab your favourite drink, get comfortable, and let’s heal together.

  • 08. Protect Your Peace-3 Boundaries Every Christian Woman Needs to Break the Shame Cycle/Shame/Scripture/Regret/Healing/Comparison
    Jun 17 2026

Have you ever felt like you were making progress?

    You were thinking differently.

You were finally beginning to believe God's truth about yourself.

    And then something happened.

A conversation left you feeling drained.

You spent an hour scrolling social media and suddenly started comparing yourself to everyone else.

Someone crossed a line, and instead of speaking up, you stayed silent to keep the peace.

Before you knew it, the shame, self-doubt, and insecurity you thought you had overcome came rushing back.

If you've ever experienced that, you're not alone.

Many Christian women work hard on healing but neglect one important part of the process: boundaries.

The truth is, healing isn't just about what God removes from your life.

It's also about what you stop allowing into your life.

Today we're talking about three boundaries every Christian woman needs if she wants to protect her peace, preserve her healing, and break the shame cycle for good.

  • 07. Scriptures on Identity in Christ-Who Does God Say You Are? 3 Steps to Believe It Fully/Shame/Scripture/Regret/Healing/Comparison
    Jun 14 2026

Have you ever known what the Bible says about you, but struggled to actually believe it?

    Maybe you've read the verses.

You know God says you're loved.

You know He says you're forgiven.

You know He calls you His child.

Yet when you make a mistake, feel rejected, or compare yourself to someone else, those truths suddenly feel far away.

Many Christian women live caught between what they know intellectually and what they believe emotionally.

The problem isn't that God hasn't spoken.

The problem is that everything else have been speaking louder.

Today's episode is about silencing the voice of shame and regret and learning to fully embrace the identity God has already given you.
