    For our very first episode, our producer Ciarán O'Fathaigh interviewed the Unchained Voices host, Lady Unchained, to find out more about her origin story and ask why she embarked on her mission for Criminal Justice Reform and why she believes that creative writing and music can have such a profound impact on people's rehabilitative journeys.

    The conversation covered a lot of territory, including Lady Unchained's conviction in 2009, her going back into prisons across the UK to deliver mentoring and creative writing workshops to inmates, establishing common socio-political ground and avoiding "wedge" issues, transcending societal division and "Black Lives Matter" vs "Black Power" to name a few ...
